THE HOUSE

Casa Casciu is inside a private park of almost 3 hectares (four football fields!) in a unique position: a hill on the sea that separates the beautiful beaches of Cala Sinzias, two kilometers of soft and white sand, and Cala Monte Turnu chosen as the most beautiful beach of 2018 by Skyscanner experts.
The paths of the park overlook with spectacular views these beaches, which can be easily accessed in a few minutes on foot (the beach is less than 150 meters from the house).
The house is extremely reserved, as there are no other houses nearby. It is a Mediterranean house, simple and sincere where you can feel at home and feel that you belong to the place.
It is spread over two levels that follow the natural slope of the hill: from the master bedroom on the upper floor you can exit directly onto the lawn surrounding the house.
The house overlooks a large porch on the front, with outdoor living room and views of the beach, and a courtyard shaded by large curtains. It has, in its immediate surroundings, areas for relaxation in the shade of the centuries-old olive trees that surround it, a large BBQ area and a cabin equipped for outdoor showers.
In the large grounds of the property there are also other points equipped with spectacular sea views.
The living area, on the ground level, faces south-west on the loggia and north-east on a courtyard. It consists of a large living-dining room with fireplace, a second living room with comfortable sofas and TV area (which can become a bedroom depending on the number of guests), the kitchen and the bathroom-laundry room.
The sleeping area develops between the ground and upper level and consists of a total of three bedrooms (plus the fourth to be set up if necessary in the second living room) and two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. Two large wardrobe-closets serve the two bedrooms on the ground level.
 The large master bedroom, on the upper level, has a large bathroom and a walk-in closet. It is accessible directly from the garden, equipped on the front of the room with umbrellas and chairs, and it has a terrace overlooking Cala Sinzias. It is a very large room, comfortable, reserved and with full autonomy with respect to the ground level.
Finally, a cool cellar allows you to take advantage of pantries and cabinets and a second refrigerator.
Although the house is very cool even in summer, thanks to the thick stone walls of the original body, it is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms. For those who do not like air conditioning, the living room and the master bedroom are pleasantly cooled in a natural way by large ceiling fans.
The house is equipped with heating in all rooms, as well as a fireplace and a wood-burning tiled stove.
It is an extremely enjoyable house in all seasons.
