Prickly pears in summer, myrtle in early November, grapes, almonds, olives, figs… every season is good
for a small harvest. To spend a day with friends and think about how to transform and enjoy these gifts
from nature…
…
That bottle of myrtle, which you will find as a gift upon your arrival, has a story of friendship and fun. At
the end of November, together with friends, we collect the finally ripe berries of our trusty bush which,
after a few months in alcohol, are then pressed and mixed with sugar syrup. An opportunity to spend time
together and light the fireplace for a nice lunch.
Those who come in September, on the other hand, will be able to pick and eat the sweet white figs
directly from the tree.
